Compared with the traditional dynamic measurement method, the advantages are self-evident.
When the control object is flow, and the material has good transportability and high measurement accuracy, the weight loss method can be used as an ideal solution. When the multihead weigher design is necessary, we must pay attention to it, so as not to affect the accuracy. First, we must determine the correct delivery rate range. Generally, the actual working range is 60%~70% of the rated delivery volume. If AC speed regulation is adopted, the corresponding strain frequency is 35~40Hz.
This ensures a wide adjustment range, since the system stability is poor when the delivery rate is too low. The range of the sensor is properly selected, and the sensor also uses 60%~70% of its range. The signal range is wide, which is beneficial to improve the accuracy; the mechanical structure design should ensure that the material has good fluidity, and at the same time ensure that the feeding time is short. If it is too frequent, it is generally required to refill once every 5 to 10 minutes. The supporting transmission system must ensure smooth operation and good linearity.
