In the next few years, the sales of packaging equipment in developing countries and regions will exceed those in developed countries and regions (such as Japan, the United States and Western Europe). And the largest developing country - China, the demand for packaging equipment will exceed 3.3 billion US dollars by 2012, thus surpassing the United States to become the world's largest market. On the other hand, the packaging equipment manufacturing industry will also rise at a faster rate in developing countries, but the equipment manufacturing capacity is still led by industrialized countries. By 2012, Western Europe, Japan and the United States will continue to occupy 2/3 of the packaging machinery manufacturing market.
