How can a negative value appear in the multihead weigher? How to deal with the negative value? There are two situations that cause a negative value in the multihead weigher: 1. There is a problem with the electronic device multihead weigher. We know that the multihead weigher is the key to the multihead weigher of electronic devices, and the structure of the multihead weigher is a working pressure ductile structure. 2. Whether the internal limit switch of the multihead weigher and its internal power supply circuit are damaged.
How to define 1: Look at the standard value. If the standard value is within -50KG, then it is because the key to the multihead weigher is a polyurethane elastomer. If the polyurethane elastomer is not calibrated, a more information will be displayed. Small negative values such as -10-20KG are all normal, just press and hold the zero key on the instrument panel. If the zero key is selected, then when the hanging object leaves the electronic platform scale, it will cause a negative value that is the same as the net weight of the hanging object! Press the weighing key or the zero key to remove it. 3: There is also a multihead The weigher is broken... This kind of situation is very rare. Next, I will introduce the processing method in detail for everyone: 1. First check whether the working voltage is not enough 2. Then set it back to zero, and add it before weighing the object. After removing the utensils, then in order to better remove the net weight of the utensils, the zero-return key is applied, and if you remove the utensils, the same negative value will appear. If the multihead weigher has been used for a long time, it is usually caused by the embrittlement of the multihead weigher. Check whether the contact between the multihead weigher and the ADF is good. 5. The pcb circuit board is damp, and first check whether there is carbonated beverage infiltration in the terminals. In the above-mentioned situation, you can dry it with a hair dryer. 6. There are wastes around the multihead weigher. Do not allow mice or bed bugs, and other small microorganisms to invade the machine to prevent damage.
