The phase rod pushes the pills upside down and lays them flat, and then pushes one pill at a time to the measuring head of the weighing device. The pills are checked on the measuring head for a short period of time, and after the measurement is completed, the pills are unloaded to the fine pills by the unloading device.
According to the check weighing value, the qualified pills are removed as qualified products, and the unqualified pills are stored in the storage box under the action of the separate door. Due to the reciprocating motion of the pill pusher and the cooperation of the position controller, only one pill is weighed on the carrier of the weighing device at a time, and the pill has a very short residence time on the carrier, so this One weighing method is static weighing. This form of checkweighing generally has three options of 8, 12, and 16 channels, the weighing range is 20mg~2000mg, the division value is 2mg, and the throughput of each channel is 125 pills/min, 7500 pills per hour .
