It is a normal phenomenon for the weight displayed by the multihead weigher to jump up and down. The working principle of the multihead weigher is that the weight sensor transmits the sensed weight as an analog signal to the AD converter when the product passes through the weight test table, and then the AD converter It is sent to the system, and the system is sent to the display for display. Because the multihead weighers of Smart weigh all use high-precision weight sensors, the weight sensors are very sensitive to everything in the outside world, including wind, airflow, etc., so under normal circumstances, the weight of the multihead weigher display will jump 0.1~0.2g. It is a normal phenomenon . However, if the weight of the monitor jumps up and down to 1g or even higher, it is abnormal and needs to be stopped for inspection.
When the weight of the multihead weigher is too large, the inspection items generally need to be checked: 1. Check whether there is dust on the sensor; 2. Check whether there is any object against the pallet; as a high-speed and high-precision online check weighing product, the multihead weigher is checked every day. To transport a large number of products uninterruptedly, it is necessary to work for many hours without stopping, and with high-intensity operation, it is inevitable that some small failures will occur. So how do you deal with these glitches? 1. The zero point of the multihead weigher is too high. Solution: It is necessary to regularly maintain the automatic multihead weigher system and clean up the zero-adjustment operation; 2. The multihead weigher has load and no cumulative value.
Solution: Clean the dust accumulation in the material box on the conveyor belt scale body, and keep the surface of the automatic multihead weigher belt clean; 3. The instantaneous flow of the multihead weigher fluctuates greatly. Solution: align the conveyor belt with the center line of the pallet; 4. The measurement error of the multihead weigher is large. Solution: Check whether the solid structure of the assembly line weighing equipment is firmly installed, correct the position of the conveyor belt, measure whether the distance between the weighing bridge is appropriate, whether the instantaneous flow is normal, etc.; 5. The output value of the multihead weigher fluctuates frequently.

The repeatability of multihead weigher calibration is not good. Solution: If the speed signal of the multihead weigher is abnormal, it means that the weighing signal is unstable, and you should check whether the terminals of the load cell are in good contact.
