When using it, we will find that the conveyor belt is used many times a day, and it is also easy to hide dirt, so we must pay attention to its cleaning.
Many people may think that when using a multihead weigher, there is no problem if the transmission belt itself is a little dirty, and the desire to clean it is entirely due to obsessive-compulsive disorder. What's more, the environment where the equipment works is inherently dusty, and it will become dirty again after a period of time after cleaning. This way of thinking is problematic. First of all, if there is too much dust and dirt on the conveyor belt, it will have a great impact on the efficiency of the product, and may even cause damage to the motor.
Secondly, if it becomes dirty soon after cleaning, it is enough to clean more and increase the frequency of cleaning. When cleaning the multihead weigher, one thing is very important, that is the frequency. Generally speaking, once a week is the best, which can ensure the cleaning effect without affecting our other work too frequently. If the problem is not very serious when cleaning, soak it in warm water at 45°C for five minutes, and then clean it.
If there is a lot of dirt, you can add hypochlorous acid aqueous solution, so that after soaking for three minutes, the cleaning effect will be better. Regardless of the cleaning method we take, we must dry it after washing, so as not to leave detergent residue.
