The color mark tracking is not turned on, the film color mark is too light, and the film drive slips.

2. The push rod and the cutter are not synchronized, the knife seat is too high or too low, and the packaging speed is too fast. 3. The temperature is too high, the speed is too slow, and the outer layer of the envelope has poor heat resistance. 4. The temperature is too low, the speed is too fast, and the heat sealability of the inner layer of the envelope is poor.

5. The heating element is damaged, the solid state relay is burned out, the thermocouple is damaged, and the temperature control meter is damaged. Troubleshooting method for automatic mask packaging machine: 1. In the tracking mode interface of the man-machine interface of the mask packaging machine, switch the tracking mode to "tracking cut"; refer to the manual of the random electric eye to adjust the sensing sensitivity of the electric eye; adjust the pressure of the glue stick or the brake elastic. 2. Refer to the instruction manual to adjust the position of the push finger; adjust the height of the end sealing parts so that the engagement center of the sealing knife is in the middle of the product height; reduce the packaging speed.

3. Lower the temperature; adjust the speed; replace the film material. 4. Replace the heating element, the solid state relay, the electric couple, and the temperature control meter.
