Remove the paper mold base, put the paper film into the rod, penetrate the former, and finally pour the material into the corresponding bucket. 2. Plug in the power socket and turn on the power switch (small molded case circuit breaker and leakage switch) in the electric control box.
3. Turn on the power switch on the operation panel and wait for the main control screen to appear on the touch screen. Two options will appear. Just select [Enter Common Operating System].
4. In the function settings, adjust the number of packages, the number of rolls, the count switch and the label follow mode, and then choose whether it is the single mode or the chain mode. 5. When the temperature reaches the set value, pass the paper film through the traction pulley, click [jog traction belt], and finally select the [manual, automatic] mode, and the machine starts to run. Note: When the machine is abnormal, the screen will automatically display on the alarm screen.
