The line consists of packaging machines

Feed System

Weighing Machine

This could be a multi-head weigher, a linear weigher, an auger filler or another type of weighing system, depending on the precision required and the nature of the product. They accurately measure the product to ensure that each package contains the correct amount.
Packing and Sealing Machine

This machine can vary widely: from form-fill-seal machines for creating bags from rolls of film and filling them, to pouch packaging machines for pre-formed pouches, tray denesting machine for pre-formed trays or clamshell and etc. After the product is weighed, this machine fills it into individual packages and seals them to protect the product from contamination and ensure it is tamper-proof.
Cartoning/Boxing Machine

It can range from simple manual cartoning stations to fully automated cartoning systems that erect, fill, and close cartons. Simple version: manual form the carton from cardboard, people place product into cartons then put the cartons on carton sealer machine for auto taping and sealing. Fully automated version: this version includes case erector, robot for picking and placing and carton sealer.
Palletizing System

This is the final step in the automated packaging line, this system stacks the boxed or cartoned products on pallets for warehouse storage or shipment. The process can be manual or automated. It includes palletizing robots, conventional palletizers, or robotic arms, depending on the level of automation and the requirements of the production line.
