Analysis:
The thickness of the material directly affects the multihead weigher’s accuracy, thus affecting the actual production accuracy.
If the material is too thick ,the phenomenon of excess weight is often present.
If too thin,weighing hopper feed for many times so as to affect the rate of combined balance, the weigher’s speed will be slower as well.
Firstly, after running some time normally, observe the touch screen’s Average Combination Hoppers and linear feeder vibrator’s vibration. When average combination hoppers is about 5 it is in th best condition, linear feeder vibrator’s vibration is 60%
If touch screen’s average combination hoppers is less than 5, or the linear feeder vibrator’s vibration is less than 60%, adjust multihead weigher’s rod(lower position), and the thickness of the material will thinner a little. If too thick which will causes over weight.
If touch screen’s average combination hopper is larger than 5, or the linear feeder vibrator’s vibration is larger than 60%,adjust multihead weigher’s rod (higher position), so the thickness of the material will thicker a little. If the material is too thin,feed the material many times, so the weigh speed will slower as well.
