How to replace 12 head linear combination weigher AD module

1. First remove the belt and belt mount that require replacement of the module
2. Remove the sensor cover and motor gears
3. Then open the chassis cover, find the integration that needs to be replaced, and then remove the motor cable and sensor communication cable.
4. Unscrew the four screws integrated in the figure below and remove the entire integration.
5. Unscrew the 4 screws of the module cover and pull out the AD module.
Remove the welded sensor wires one by one, and then solder the wires one by one to the new module.
Please note:
it is necessary to check the soldering situation as shown below after the welding is completed.
6. After soldering the sensor cable, the module should be skipped. The specific number is as shown below:
Corresponding number of welding positions as below :
7. When installation back, it should be installed in the reverse order according to the removal.
