How to solve when combined metal detector checkweigher machine can not detect metal

Confirm the airway is ventilated, observe the following pressure gauge
Manually test if the blow valve works properly.
Running metal detector machine .
Switch the interface of check weigher machine like picture.
And then turn to this interface.
Then observe if there is a change in the number in the circle. If yes, it indicates the signal line is connected and then sets the parameters.
If not, then signal connection cable is not connected. Check if the connector is connected.
Note: Be sure to run check weigher and metal detector at the same time so it can work properly.
