Multihead weigher operation attention points

1.Mechanical parts assembly:

1.1 Linear feeder pan:

please check if vibrator’s waterproof rubber ring is right assembly before install linear vibration feeder pan.

1.2 Hopper installation:

please check if hanging spare part is right assembly. Please pay attention to the position of Step Motor Crank Arm, check if screws at two sides will touch the aluminum box.

2.Calibration:

please calibrate all hoppers when first operation and check the calibration way in instruction manual.

3.Multihead weigher cleaning

3.1 Please check if vibrator’s waterproof rubber ring is right assembly.

3.2 High-pressure water is not allowed on load cell spare parts .
