We, Smart Weigh is different: we are focusing on both auto weighing and packing process for cook meals and ready meal, release the labour force. Our ready to eat food packaging machine is composed of multihead weigher , conveyor belts, tray sealing machines, etc., which can meet the packaging needs of different ready-to-eat foods.

Potato ready meal packaging machine system total have 13 vacuum packing lines, 6 employee can get capacity up to 3,000 packs/hour/line, 13 lines can produce total at 39,000 packs/hour.

Cooked vegetable ready to eat food packaging machine quickly prepares, portions and vacuum packs mixture cooked vegetable, vacuum packaging prevents cross-contamination and improves food safety and a deep terminal vacuum will slow further bacterial growth. Total capacity for 6 lines at 20,000 bags/hour.
The sausage packaging machine, which is composed of multihead weigher, tray sealing machine and other packaging machines, is fully automated. Then operator manually to get all sausage into same orientation in the tray for sealing.
