The Smart Weigh belt multihead combination weigher with PLC touch screen is purpose-built for high-speed, damage-free weighing of delicate fresh vegetables, fruits, and seafood. Instead of traditional vibration pans, it uses soft-running PU belt conveyors that carry products smoothly to 12 precision load cells, eliminating bruising on tomatoes, leafy greens, berries, or fragile fish fillets. A full-color PLC touch screen delivers intuitive operation: operators can store and recall up to many product recipes, adjust target weights, belt speeds, and timing curves with a single swipe, and view real-time statistics, alarms, and multi-language help menus. Advanced algorithms self-optimize each dump combination to achieve ±1–2 g accuracy at speeds up to 60 weighs per minute, cutting giveaway and labor costs. Optional extras include dimpled belts for sticky items, leak-proof drip trays, and remote IoT monitoring, making the multihead combination weigher machine an ideal upgrade for modern packing lines demanding hygiene, flexibility, and gentle handling.
