How well does the bag-in-bag packaging machine work?

Smart Weigh bag-in-bag packaging system adopts multi-head weighing machine for high accurate weighing and is fitted with an intelligent color touch screen for simple machine control. Customers can choose to install a vertical packing machine or a premade bag packing machine depending on their demands in order to accomplish fully automatic small bag in big bag packaging.

The 16-head multihead weigher has a 0.1g precision and can weigh 120 packs of products per minute, making it ideal for weighing foods like chicken wings, dried tofu, cookies, chocolates, almonds, isatis root Ban Lan Gen, etc.

Packing machine for pre-made bags

Can automatically pick up bags, code, open bags, fill, auxiliary, vibrate, seal and output finished products.

 

Clamp size can be freely adjusted according to bag width.

VFFS packaging machine (vertical packaging machine), which is less expensive and primarily used for the production of pillow bags, gusset bags, four size seal simple bag, etc., can meet the high efficiency of small-scale workshop packaging and is more space-efficient due to its vertical appearance design.

Palletize-assisted automatic bag-in-carton packing line is an option for large products.
