The pickle jar filling machine features an integrated modular frame made of thickened carbon steel with anti-rust coating, wrapped by full waterproof shields. Its core feeding and weighing section adopts SUS304 stainless steel multihead weigher with independent split discharge channels for pickle solids and brine. A conveyor transport system stably conveys glass or plastic jars, fitted with positioning stoppers. The filling station has sealed anti-leak nozzles, paired with a follow-up capping assembly. A central PLC touch control panel is mounted on the side, while all food-contacting parts are quick-detachable without tools for easy sanitation.
