1. Empty tin can feeding machine

Empty cans are automatically fed onto the conveyor and transferred through the sterilization station before filling.

The sterilization method can be selected according to the container material and the manufacturer’s hygiene requirements. This reduces manual contact with the inside of each can and provides a cleaner packaging process.

Final sterilization procedures should be validated according to the factory’s HACCP plan, production standards and local regulations.

2. Milk powder weighing filling machine

Before filling, a measuring scoop is automatically fed, oriented and placed inside each can.

The scoop inserting system is customized according to the scoop’s length, width, shape and required placement direction. This eliminates the repetitive work of manually inserting scoops and keeps the scoop-handling speed synchronized with the filling line.

Optional scoop detection can be added to identify cans with a missing or incorrectly inserted scoop before sealing.

3. Can Sealing

The filled can is transferred directly to the sealing station.

The sealing system is selected according to the container and closure, including:

• Can seaming for metal, aluminum or composite cans
• Foil sealing for suitable plastic containers
• Automatic lid or cap feeding
• Press-on or screw capping
• Combined foil sealing and capping

Once sealed, the cans can continue to an optional checkweigher, coding machine, labeling machine or secondary packaging system.
