The pressure of the roller is small. Elimination methods: 1. Increase the set value of the bag length so that the actual bag length is equal to or slightly larger than the standard length of the color code; 2. Replace the roller; 3. Increase the roller pressure.
Fault 2: The packaging bag is continuously cut or partially cut, resulting in continuous bags. Reasons: 1. The pressure between the two cutters is too small; 2. The cutting edge becomes dull. Remedy: 1. Adjust the pressure between the cutters of the automatic granule packaging machine; 2. Grind or replace the cutters.
Trouble 3: The paper feed motor does not rotate or rotates continuously. Reasons: 1. The paper feed lever is stuck; 2. The paper feed proximity switch is damaged; 3. The starting capacitor is damaged; 4. The fuse is broken. Remedy: 1. Solve the cause of the jam; 2. Replace the paper feed proximity switch; 3. Replace the starting capacitor; 4. Replace the fuse.
Fault 4: The heat sealing body of the automatic granule packaging machine does not heat up and the temperature of the heat sealing body is out of control. Reasons: .1. The heating tube is damaged; 2. The circuit is faulty; 3. The fuse is broken; 4. The temperature regulator is damaged; 5. The thermocouple is broken. Remedy: 1. Replace the heating tube of the automatic particle packaging machine; 2. Check the circuit of the automatic particle packaging machine; 3. Replace the fuse; 4. Replace the temperature regulator; 5. Replace the thermocouple.
Fault 5: The automatic granule packaging machine does not pull the bag (the motor for pulling the bag does not run). Reasons: 1. Line failure; 2. Damage to the proximity switch of the bag; 3. Failure of the controller of the automatic packaging machine; 4. Failure of the stepper motor driver. Troubleshooting methods: 1. Check the circuit of the automatic granule packaging machine and remove the fault; 2. Replace the proximity switch of the pull bag; 3. Replace the controller of the automatic packaging machine; 4. Replace the stepping motor driver of the automatic granule packaging machine.
