A multihead weigher (also called a weightless feeder) is a measurement and verification machine for the transportation of solid fibrous raw materials. Therefore, it is used in decorative building materials, metallurgical industry, power engineering, coal, chemical plants, etc. The production line for the solution of raw materials in the field has been widely used. Because there are many key components on the multihead weigher for production and processing and riveting and welding, there are often some quality problems in the manufactured products. Generally, the user does not care about it immediately in the early stage of the application of the machine and equipment, so after the production and operation of the machine and equipment , it is very likely that some quality problems in the production and manufacture of weightless feeder machinery and equipment will gradually be reflected in the form of common failures of machinery and equipment.
Therefore, it is proposed to control the manufacturing quality of the loss-in-weight feeder in the whole process of manufacturing, so as to reduce the difficulties caused by machinery and equipment in manufacturing. The load cell is a key component of the multihead weigher, which converts the applied force into an electrical signal. The load cell is divided into a variety of basic principles, including resistor strain force type, piezomagnetic type, capacitive sensor, etc., but from the comprehensive consideration of accuracy, repeatability, rationality, and ease of use, it is now At this stage, many production and manufacturing are still resistor strain sensors.
It often accounts for more than 90% of weight loss feeders. Resistor strain force sensors have improved their characteristics in recent years. With the trend of intelligent development of industrial production automatic control systems, digital display weightless state feeders have also been developed, designed and used in recent years. Since it outputs the data volume immediately, it further improves the anti-interference in the transmission, and makes the communication with the electronic computer extremely convenient.
Because the simulation and analog enlargement and A/D conversion stage in the instrument panel are canceled, the instrument panel greatly simplifies the place where the information and manipulation are displayed in the electronic computer, and the weighing display can be eliminated. At this stage, there are roughly two categories of such sensors: resistor strain force data loss-in-weight feeders and new digital display weight-loss feeders.
