The chain rewinder is used in the rewinding part of the processing production line, which mechanically rewinds the raw materials into coils. The chain winder is suitable for desiccant, deoxidizer and other coil processing production lines, and the design is diversified according to the actual process requirements. The performance and principle of the winder: the mechanical result of stepless adjustment of the walking pitch arrangement.
With its own winding buffer sensor and other structures, the winding tension is stable. The winding tension can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the requirements of the product. After nearly 7 years of on-site use and feedback of 200 machines, the failure rate is close to zero.
