In addition, it is also necessary to regularly maintain whether there are dirty things stuck at the bottom of the electronic truck scale platform. Common faults and solutions of the multihead weigher table of electronic floor scales: (1) Analysis of common faults that cannot return to the zero point after the lifting object is removed to check whether the output data signal value of the load cell is within the specification (the total A/D becomes larger) code/application code range/base code range), if the data signal value is not within the specification, adjust the variable resistance of the sensor to adjust the data signal value to within the specification. If you cannot compensate, please check whether there is any problem with the sensor. Under the condition of ensuring that the output of the sensor is normal (the scale body is stable), the common faults of the instrument panel are locked, generally the operational amplifier and the A/D conversion power supply circuit have problems. (2) Analysis of the common faults of inaccurate weighing. Observe whether the internal code value is stable, whether there is friction in each part of the sensor, whether the adjustable regulated power supply is stable, and whether the power supply circuit is normal during operation. The weights detect whether the four-legged scale of the weighing pan is symmetrical. Further perform partial analysis or net weight calibration of the instrument panel as indicated in the instructions for use.
(3) The common faults that the electronic platform scale cannot be turned on is the first to identify the problems caused by the non-fuse, the main power switch, the power plug and the working voltage transfer switch, and check whether the transformer has AC current input and AC current output. If the instrument panel contains a rechargeable battery, you can remove the battery and start it with the AC switching power supply to check whether the car battery voltage is not enough. Next, check whether the inverter circuit, the regulated power supply circuit and the display information optocoupler circuit are abnormal.
