2: According to the relevant drawings of the entire multihead weigher system, install and set it up, ensure that the power lines and signal lines are well connected, and conduct detailed inspections. 3: Although the electric control cabinet in the multihead weigher is far away from the dusty environment, it still needs to be cleaned regularly to clean the dust in the electrical components to ensure that the use of electrical components can be more secure, while for electrical components When dealing with components or related accidents, it must be done by professionals. 4: If the multihead weigher does not need to use the switch of the frequency converter, then the electrical switch can control the stop and start of the motor. The same is true for the use of the feeder. After the electricity is disconnected, the entire instrument will stop working directly .
5: The gearbox in the multihead weigher needs to replace the lubricating oil regularly. When changing the oil, the quality and cleanliness of the oil must be guaranteed. If there are impurities, it will have a negative impact on the equipment. 6: When the multihead weigher starts to run, there will be alarming phenomena and situations. At this time, targeted investigation should be carried out to eliminate the fault. If the signal cable or power cable in the multihead weigher is laid in parallel, the multihead weigher calibration step should ensure a certain distance between the two to ensure that they will not affect each other before. The distance between the two should be kept at About 300mm, which is also the main standard to ensure the normal use of the equipment.
