Before the normal use of the semi-automatic particle measuring cup packaging machine, the operator should add lubricating oil (food-grade lubricating oil) to the cam and bevel gear once per shift. This machine first folds a roll of packaging film in half by the bag maker through the paper frame shaft, roller, and control rod. It is sealed by a heat sealer, then driven by rollers to the cutter equipment for cutting, and finally sent out by a conveyor belt.
Preparations before starting up: first check the whole equipment of the semi-automatic granule measuring cup packaging machine, and turn the main motor belt by hand to see if the machine rotates flexibly, and then turn on the power after confirming that it is correct. Turn on the power switch, the power indicator light is on. Put the packaging material between the two stopper wheels, and place it in the slot of the machine’s paper support arm, adjust the stopper wheel and clamp the package material so that the package material is aligned with the bag maker, and then tighten the top wire , pull the packaging material into the bag maker, and pull it to the cutter device through the roller.
The main shaft and connected hollow shaft are made of alloy structural steel imported from Germany through water forging, rough turning, heat treatment, fine turning and fine grinding. The structure is reasonable and the hardness is uniform, which improves the fatigue resistance and wear resistance of the components and provides a guarantee for safe operation. More reliable guarantee. The granule packaging machine uses high-precision involute cylindrical helical gears for direct transmission. The gear blanks are heat-treated after water forging, which improves the hardness of the tooth surfaces; the tooth surfaces are carburized, and the carburized layer is as deep as 2.4 mm enhances the wear resistance and prolongs the service life of parts; the hard tooth surface is processed by silent fine grinding and edge repairing process.
