The grading scale is mainly a mechanical device used in the industrial field to weigh the weight of food in the working line of the assembly line. The main function of the belt-type grading scale is to weigh the processed food and then grade it according to the weighed weight. For externally processed food, such as chicken, fish, skeleton and other food, the efficiency of manual weighing is not only low, but also the error between the weighed weight and the actual weight is large. The belt-type grading scale not only solves the disadvantages of manual weighing, but also makes its own functions more obvious in the field of food weight sorting.
It can maintain long-term industrial operation and has good repeatability. There are six weight levels for belt-type grading scales, but there are other weight levels that can be used for selection. The width of the belt used for transmission is generally about 220 mm, which means that its weighing weight will not be too large, generally not more than 300 grams.
But its accuracy is relatively high, and the error can be controlled within 0.1 grams. The sorting speed is also much faster than that of manual workers. It can sort at least 50 packs of products and up to 80 packs of products in one minute. Belt-type grading scales have many functions, among which fast weighing speed and relatively high weighing accuracy are its most important features.
Moreover, its operation is relatively simple, and the touch screen design can facilitate human operation, while saving labor costs.
