The tension of the belt on the conveyor is generally tight, that is, the side in contact with the product is a straight conveyor belt with tension, which is suitable for heavier packaging (such as product weight greater than 600g) and medium and low throughput (such as less than 600g). 300 pieces/min); for lighter packaging (such as product weight less than 600g) and high throughput (such as more than 300 pieces/min), loose belt technology can be used, that is, the conveyor belt in contact with the product is looser, so multihead weigher The load carrier does not bear the weight of the motor, the self-weight is reduced, the vibration is reduced, and the weighing accuracy is also improved.
Keep the carrier free of motors, rollers and bearings. The advantages of this method are that, firstly, the vibration of the motor is completely eliminated, and secondly, the weight of the carrier is light, and the weight of the carrier can even be ignored, and only the maximum product weight is considered. Relatively speaking, the effective weighing accuracy of the carrier is increased to 0.01%. In other words, this can achieve the same weighing accuracy as the electromagnetic compensation type load cell, realizing high speed and high accuracy.
When the AC9Rxmultihead weigher is 550 pieces/min, the best dynamic accuracy can reach 10mg according to the size of the packaging bag. The advantage of the partial load-bearing type carrier is that the length of the carrier is short, in addition to only one product on the carrier, the multihead weigher can also have other products on the feed static plate and discharge static plate before and after the multihead weigher. In the machine-integrated carrier, there can only be one product on the surface of the checkweighing carrier. If the belt speed of the multihead weigher is the same, then the multihead weigher of the partial load carrier will be able to achieve higher throughput.
