The advantages of this method are that, firstly, the vibration of the motor is completely eliminated, and secondly, the weight of the carrier is light, and the weight of the carrier can even be ignored, and only the maximum product weight is considered. Relatively speaking, the effective weighing accuracy of the carrier is increased to 0.01%. In other words, this can achieve the same weighing accuracy as the electromagnetic compensation type load cell, realizing high speed and high accuracy.

The advantage of the partial load-bearing type carrier is that the length of the carrier is short, in addition to only one product on the carrier, the multihead weigher can also have other products on the feed static plate and discharge static plate before and after the multihead weigher. In the machine-integrated carrier, there can only be one product on the surface of the checkweighing carrier. If the belt speed of the multihead weigher is the same, then the multihead weigher of the partial load carrier will be able to achieve higher throughput.
