With the development trend of the times, the traditional weighing equipment has long been less and less in line with the needs of social and economic development, which has promoted the development trend of weighing equipment to a certain level. The technical development of its multihead weigher is the driving force of the key development trend. The basic principles of technology are all scientifically proven, but most of them have both advantages and disadvantages, which must be considered in the sales market. The use of value is the best choice for everyone. The multihead weigher is generally used to measure the net weight accurately and is an indispensable part of our daily life. It can often be seen, for example, at the counter of a shopping mall or a bank or on a highway. The multihead weigher is composed of a polyurethane elastomer with strain gauges. Made of steel or aluminum, it is very strong and has little elastic deformation.

as“Polyurethane Elastomer”The term is often used to say that steel or aluminum can cause a certain level of deformation under load, but then return to its original position and cause a ductile response to each load, this very small transformation can be obtained from strain gauges. The strain gauge is an electrical conductor that is bent and firmly adhered to the base steel plate. When the base steel plate is driven, it is elongated together with the electrical conductor. When it becomes smaller, it will shorten, which will cause a resistor in the electrical conductor. To produce a change, the strain gauges are firmly fixed to the polyurethane elastomer, so the same deformation occurs. For the multihead weigher, the strain gauges are placed in a Wheatstone bridge, which means that four strain gauges are connected in together to create a bridge, and the direction of the measuring force is aligned with the ends of the measuring grid. If the object is placed on the multihead weigher or suspended and trained on the multihead weigher, the net weight of the object can be determined. The estimated load of the multihead weigher is always along the direction of the center of the earth, that is, the direction of gravity. Only the direction of gravity of the load can be obtained. Although it has a similar design scheme, the multihead weigher is not the case. The multihead weigher can capture the load generated in all directions, and its gravity direction is irrelevant to the installation method.

Types of multihead weighers: There are various types of multihead weighers to integrate into different applications. Common multihead weighers include: 1. Point shot multihead weighers: platform scales generally used to place under hanging objects. 2. Bending beam multihead weigher: place several multihead weighers under the steel frame structure, and place the weighing standard weights from the top. 3. Working pressure sensor: place several large and medium-sized multihead weighers under the steel frame structure, and load the hanging objects from the top.

4. Support force multihead weigher: The hanging object is trained directly under one or several sensors. No matter which multihead weigher is used, precision plays a very important role. Multihead weighers have different rating ranges (the rating range refers to the maximum estimated load) and accuracy levels. The strain force of multihead weighers is technically accurate. The grades are generally C and D, and the strain multihead weigher with electronic device calibration has a higher precision grade. Therefore, the weighing must be rigorous and accurate. For low-use value goods (such as gravel or gravel), the multihead weigher does not need to be very accurate, and the D-level precision is sufficient. On the other hand, for drugs, the maximum precision must be used. Level A or B, the weighing precision of the most common daily necessities such as meat, fruits and vegetables is level C, and mechanical automation or building decoration materials are also specified for level C precision, in order to better ensure that the multihead weigher is on site In the work, generally not only adjustment and calibration should be carried out in the processing plant, but also adjustment should be carried out at the installation site.
