How to use the automatic powder packaging machine (1) Before starting to use, you must remove the screws on its bottom plate; (2) Turn on the power, turn on the switch on the side of the machine, and wait for the indicator light on the computer control panel to light up, And the machine emits a "drip" beep, then press the feed button, the machine will enter the standby state; (3) Pour all the granular materials to be divided into the bucket, and set by adjusting the plus/minus keys on the control panel Desired packaging weight; (4) Select the desired speed on the speed control panel; (5) After selecting the speed, click the start button on the control panel, the machine will enter the automatic working state to complete the automatic continuous quantitative dispensing Work. 2. Solutions to common faults of automatic powder packaging machines (1) The set pulse cannot be transmitted to the electrical control cabinet or the material is not blanked.
This may be caused by the high sensitivity of the photoelectric switch or blocked. At this time, please adjust the sensitivity of the photoelectric switch to an appropriate position or remove the obstruction; (2) The number of pulses increases, but the actual weight decreases. After the material is filled, the actual weight is out of tolerance.
This is due to the huge difference in the level of material in the hopper. After adjusting a few bags, it can go back to normal. Therefore, it is necessary to reasonably control the material level in the hopper (manual feeding) or adjust the preset number of bags (automatic feeding); (3) If the instability of the calibration scale is zero (drift is zero), the nearby There may be a large airflow (eg wind, electric fan, air conditioner) or source of vibration.
Also, this phenomenon can occur if the ambient humidity is high and the board is wet. At this point, carefully remove the scale's casing and use a hair dryer to drive off the moisture. Note: Do not use a hair dryer too close to the circuit board, do not heat a place for a long time to drive away moisture, so as not to damage the components; (4) The helix does not rotate (ie, the stepper motor is stuck) or the measurement is good or bad .
This can be caused by excessive drag or eccentricity of the material cup due to debris in the material. In this case, please close. Take out the material cup, remove debris or adjust the position of the material cup.
The operator touches the bottom of the container to the outlet of the cup and changes the method of operation. 3. What is the maintenance method of the powder packaging machine? (1) Cleaning: After shutdown, the metering part should be cleaned in time, and the main body of the heat sealing machine should be cleaned frequently to ensure that the sealing line of the packaged product is unobstructed. Scattered materials should be cleaned up in time to facilitate cleaning machine parts.
It is best to prolong its service life, and at the same time clean the dust in the electrical control box frequently to prevent electrical failures such as short circuit or poor contact; (2) Lubrication: Regularly lubricate the gear meshing holes, the oil holes of the seat cushion bearings and the moving parts. Oil-free operation of the reducer is strictly prohibited after each gear change. When adding lubricating oil, please be careful not to put the oil tank on the rotating belt to prevent damage; (3) Maintenance: Before use, please check the screws of each part to ensure that there is no looseness, otherwise it will affect the whole.
For normal long-distance transportation, electrical components should be waterproof, moisture-proof and rodent-proof. And make sure that the inside of the electrical control box and the wiring terminals are clean to prevent electrical failures. After closing, both heat sealers should be opened.
