However, when selecting, the precision specification should consider the specification of the instrument panel keying and the specification of the overall electronics. 2. Measurement range The small multihead weigher has a certain measurement range, and it is necessary to select a suitable measurement range when selecting. In general, the multihead weigher is selected, and the net weight of the raw material to be weighed is between 30%-70% of the sensor measurement range.
In this category, the weighing result is more accurate. However, if there is a great impact in the whole weighing process, it is more suitable for the net weight of the raw material to be in the middle of 20%-30% of the measuring range of the sensor when selecting. 3. The application environment is different, and the regulations for the multihead weigher are also different.
For example, in a medium mine, the multihead weigher needs to choose explosion-proof quality. Other applications such as strong electromagnetic induction, rain and snow weather, strong wind, and strong corrosion have certain requirements for multihead weigher.
