Secondly, the production of multihead weigher components requires high precision. In the early stage of manufacture, due to the inaccurate grasp of the key dimensions, the check weighing performance of the multihead weigher was unstable, which hindered the development of the multihead weigher.
According to the problems reported by foreign customers, analyze the defects existing in the production, start from the process technology, analyze the factors affecting the production accuracy in the process of production and processing, control the key dimensions of product parts, and gradually realize the stability of product checkweighing performance. While strengthening the practical functions, the appearance quality of the products also tends to be perfected simultaneously. The belt conveying pallet and the pallet bracket cooperate with each other and require a flush fit. In the actual production of the belt pallet, the cooperation with the bracket should be considered first, and the problem of cooperation between the two should be solved before assembly.
There are obvious milling marks on the surface of the pallet bracket, which affects the appearance. In practice, a process is added to brush the external surface, which is not only beautiful but also coordinated with the appearance of the belt pallet.
