But to make the multihead weigher better for production, it needs to be improved in detail, that is, how the multihead weigher improves the reliability of metering and the accuracy of control. The multihead weigher improves the reliability of measurement and the accuracy of control mainly from the following aspects.
The multihead weigher selects the appropriate range of the load cell. In some cases, the feeding amount of the multihead weigher is very small, such as 50kg/h. At this time, the sensor needs to have a high sensitivity. If the selected sensor range is too large, the sensor will not be sensitive to weight changes. Errors or even zero flow rates are unavoidable. Try to stay away from places with vibration sources. The impact of vibration on weight is self-evident, especially for irregular vibration sources. Therefore, if possible, install the multihead weigher away from the vibration source.
For the situation that the feeding amount often needs to be adjusted during the feeding process and the adjustment is relatively large, two-way PID control should be adopted. The feeding amount is stable around the set value. The scale body should be cleaned frequently to prevent the zero point change of the multihead weigher caused by dust accumulation.
