Solution: 1. When all the conveyor belts are not working; check the switching power supply; 2. Solution: 1. If abnormal actual operation or precision and speed errors are found, please check whether the conveyor belt of spare parts is cracked; 2. Check whether the conveyor belt is offset. Solution: 1. Check whether the conveyor belt is cracked or inclined.
If there is such a problem, please replace or adjust the conveyor belt to all normal parts before testing; 2. Check the operation panel to see if the basic parameters are appropriate; for the basic parameter problems, set the required values again according to the guidelines, Use the tested product 10 times to check whether the precision is stable;
