For example, the multihead weigher appeared, so it had to be maintained. Carry out regular maintenance on the multihead weigher once a month to check whether the worm gear, worm, lubricating block, rolling bearing and other key moving parts rotate flexibly and are damaged.
Use multihead weigher in dry, clean rooms, not in areas with acidic substances and other vapors that are corrosive to the body. During work, if the drum shakes back and forth, left and right, please adjust the screws on the front bearing seat to the appropriate position. When the shaft sleeve shakes, adjust the back screw of the bearing seat to a suitable position, and adjust the clearance to avoid noise from the rolling bearing.
After the multihead weigher is used up or out of service, the cylinder sieve should be removed for cleaning, brushing off the remaining powder in the bucket, and then reloading, ready for the next application. If you stop using it for a long time, be sure to wash the multihead weigher up and down, apply rust inhibitor on the bright surface of the parts, and cover it with a cloth.
