Cleaning-type automatic multihead weigher: After disconnecting the switching power supply of the automatic multihead weigher, unplug the cable. Wet the sand cloth and spin it dry, then dip it with a small amount of neutral cleaning solution (such as ethanol) to clean the weighing pan, display information filter and other parts of the scale. The conveyor belt part can be easily loaded and unloaded, and can be cleaned with warm water.
Clean up the warm water of about 45℃ every week, and infiltrate the automatic weighing conveyor belt into the boiling water for about five minutes. Clean the printer (this machine must be equipped with a copier): turn off the power switch, open the plastic door on the right side of the scale body, and pull out the red plum blossom door handles on both sides of the copier. According to the front-end development of the printer, loosen the top of the printer head, and gently scrub the top of the printer head with the special printer cleaning pen on the scale accessories. The pen lotion evaporates, and then wait for 2 minutes. After the cleaning liquid on the top of the printer head has evaporated sufficiently, close the printer, put the printer into the casing, close the plastic door, and connect to the power supply for inspection. After clear copying, everything can be applied normally.
