Features of rolling vacuum packaging machine Continuous vacuum packaging machine is a medium-sized vacuum packaging equipment, currently used in meat product packaging and aquatic product packaging industries. The machine consists of the upper cover of the vacuum chamber, transmission belt, frame and transmission device, electrical appliances and vacuum system. The vacuum pump is installed outside the machine, and the drive train and electrical system are located in boxes on both sides of the machine.
A distinguishing feature of this machine is the green conveyor belt. The working principle of the rolling vacuum packaging machine is to first vacuumize, then exhaust, delay and then seal. Before using the machine, you need to put the product to be packaged in the bag, and then put it on the machine for packaging.
The machine adopts a high-precision rotary locator, and the sealing is stable during operation, and the bag does not leak. The machine inevitably vibrates as the conveyor belt rolls over during work. Machine vibration can cause material placed on the conveyor belt to separate from the heated seals, which can cause bag seal lines to slant or fail to seal.
With this high-precision rotary positioner installed, if the overall stability of the device is good, even if the baffle is not blocked at the bottom of the bag to be packaged, the product to be packaged will not be affected during sealing. Nowadays, many vacuum packaging machines are highly automated and have high production efficiency. General vacuum packaging equipment consists of upper cover (vacuum chamber), (transmission belt), frame and transmission device, electrical appliances, vacuum system and other parts.
