A. Maintenance when installing the mold 1. Before installing the mold, clean the upper and lower surfaces of the mold to ensure that the mold installation surface and the main machine work surface are not crushed and the parallelism of the upper and lower installation surfaces of the mold during production. 2. Clean all parts of the mold, especially the guide parts. For the surface part mold, the profile surface should be cleaned and wiped to ensure the quality of the workpiece. 3. Lubricate the guide and sliding parts of the mold and apply grease.

4. Inspection of various parts of the mold, especially the height-limiting adjustment parts, such as: outer guide posts, punching needles, return plates and lower auxiliary bottom plates, etc. B. Maintenance during production 1. During production, oil the corresponding parts of the mold regularly, such as: inner guide post and outer guide post. 2. Regularly clean the small holes of the knife-edge plate of the punching die and the auxiliary bottom plate of waste.

C. Maintenance after production 1. After the production is over, a comprehensive inspection of the mold should be carried out. 2. Thoroughly clean the mold to ensure the cleanliness of the mold. 3. Clean up the waste in the mold to ensure that there is no waste in the small holes of the blade plate and the auxiliary bottom plate.

D. Spring and punching needle 1. During use, the spring is one of the easily damaged parts in the mold, which usually breaks and deforms. The way to do it is to replace it, but you must pay attention to the specifications and models of the springs during the replacement process. The specifications and models of the springs are determined by the three items of color, outer diameter and length. Only when these three items are the same can you replace them. 2. The needle is the most vulnerable part in the whole set of molds. The end face of the punching needle will be worn after a certain number of punching times. The solution is to re-grind the end face with a machine tool after removing the mold.
