Through multihead weigher verification, unqualified forgings can be eliminated in advance, and products with stable performance can be obtained. Another type of use for multihead weighers is data collection and statistics, ie big data applications. When the weighing indicator communicates with the upper computer system, a large amount of data collected in the production process can be used to print the report to realize the efficiency monitoring of the production process.
For the packaging line with pre-filling equipment, the feedback control of the filling amount can be carried out according to the trend of the actual weighing value of the product. If the actual weighing value of the product tends to be less than the target weight, the filling amount can be appropriately increased, which is also an important part of product quality control. From the perspective of these uses, there are direct use of weighing to determine product weight or product sorting, and indirect use of weighing to determine product weight.
