After starting the machine, it is correct that the motor belt rotates backwards. 2. Check whether the screws in various parts of the fuselage have signs of loosening. When feeding, whether the material falls in the middle of the feeding tray. If it is very close to the edge, you can raise the corresponding gear a little, and then turn the tray to the middle. (For non-professionals, please turn off the power) 5. There will be a prompt on the PLC display that there is a problem in that part. You can check the problem according to the prompt, and click on the part to explain how to solve it.
6. When the packaging machine is being debugged, do not touch the running parts with your hands and body. 7. If an abnormal problem is found, immediately turn off the power and then deal with it. 8. Set the parameters you need to avoid wasting too many items during debugging.
