Install the dovetail sliding block into the cutter holder, and fix it with three stainless steel hexagon socket screws, and drip butter on each screw to make it more lubricated.
2. Place two cutter springs on the back of the cutter blade A; place the cutter A and the springs in the cutter holder to a fixed position and then use two hexagonal stainless steel screws to tighten them. 3. Use four hexagon socket head stainless steel screws to fix the cutting blade B to the dovetail sliding block (must be tightened! Otherwise, subsequent machine startup will have an impact!) 4. Fix the inner thread of the spherical plain bearing to the hole on the right side of the cutting blade B . 5. Put the cutter stepper motor dustproof rubber ring on the stepper motor connector, first connect the stepper motor with the joint bearing, and then use four stainless steel screw pads to fix the stepper motor and the cutter motor. a.
6. Finally, use two stainless steel hexagon socket screws to fix the proximity switch in the cutter holder. The entire cutter step is assembled! The significance of installing the cutter device is that after the packaging machine is started, the cutter device will divide the packaged products, cut them into single pieces or control the number of cutters according to demand. Note: Before starting the machine, check and observe whether there is any abnormality around the machine. During the operation of the machine, it is strictly forbidden to put your hands and tools into the sealing knife seat! When checking and repairing the machine, it is strictly forbidden to work with electricity! Be sure to cut off the power!
