The working principle of the multihead weigher: The powder material is added to the buffer bin from the silo. After the material level of the buffer bin reaches the upper limit, the buffer bin feed valve is closed, and the weighing bin feed valve is opened at the same time. The material enters the weighing bin, and the weighing bin material reaches the upper limit. Then, the feeding valve of the weighing bin is closed, and the feeding valve of the buffer bin is opened for feeding. When the material in the weighing bin reaches the lower limit, the buffer bin will feed into the weighing bin, and the feeding process will continue in this cycle. The material enters the weighing bin and is measured at the same time. The weight of the material in the heavy warehouse is detected by the sensor as the original weight value. At the same time, the reamer is turned on, and the material is transported along the rotation direction of the reamer. As much material is transported out, the weighing warehouse will cut the amount of material, so as to measure the feeding amount. For example, 1s ago The weight of the material in the weighing warehouse is measured as X, and after 1s, the weight of the material in the weighing warehouse is measured as Y, then the weight of the material in the 1s is x-y. Based on this calculation, the lost materials in the system are accumulated in time , it will reach the total weight of the material in a period of time.
