Install the weighing tray (handle with care, be careful not to damage the multihead weigher): 1) First unscrew the screws that fix the guide bars on both sides, and remove the guide bars; 2) Unscrew the weighing drag Take out the 4 hand screws on both sides of the pan, and take out the drive belt tray (pay attention to the timing belt when taking it out.) 3) Remove the weighing tray and fix it on the small non-stop for better maintenance of the sensor. Sew the 4 screws on the steel pipe and take out the weighing tray.
4) Remove the screw (4 or 2), screw spring washer and 1 large stainless steel plate washer on the multihead weigher. 5) Align the large stainless steel plate washer with the hole on the top of the multihead weigher, then place the weighing tray on the stainless steel plate washer, align the hole, and use the screw taken out from the multihead weigher to fix the weighing tray. . 6) Install the drive belt tray on top of the weighing tray, and tighten the thumbscrews.
7) Prepare the guide strip and tighten the screw. 3. Switching power supply connection: 1) Connect AC380V±10% 50HZ switching power supply. 2) In order to prevent electric shock accidents and ensure the smooth operation of the machine equipment, please try to ground the power cord plug (the wire connector should be a soft copper core wire with a diameter of 1.6 mm, or a soft copper core wire with a compressive strength equivalent to that which is not easy to corrode). The characteristic impedance of the metal wire and grounding device must be lower than 100 ohms.

If you find that the adjusting nut is too tight, do not force the adjustment. Can“loose”The drive belt on the right requires progressive adjustment. Observe while adjusting, until the belt returns to the management center as standard.
If the deviation is relatively large, and you cannot go home after adjusting gradually, you can quickly loosen the transmission belt on the right side. If the transmission belt has already rubbed against the side partition, it should be checked immediately.
