At this time, it is even more necessary for the operator to clean the key working parts of the multi-column packaging machine in a timely manner, which can effectively avoid the aging of the multi-column packaging machine equipment, and at the same time reduce the failure rate of the equipment to a certain extent. 1. Clean the suction disc of the multi-column packaging machine. When the suction nozzle of the bag-type multi-row packaging machine leaks, put the suction valve disc in the suction nozzle into the cleaning solution to clean it, and blow it off with an air compressor to ensure that it is clean and smooth in the suction nozzle. 2. Clean the suction filter of the food multi-column packaging machine.
The suction filter should be kept clean so as not to reduce the pumping speed. The suction filter is a coarse filter to avoid magazines with large particles. The first operation step is, after stopping the pump, unscrew the connector of the suction nozzle from the suction nozzle, loosen the four screws on the suction nozzle, take out the suction filter in the suction nozzle, and put it in the cleaning solution. Clean it with medium (diesel or kerosene), then blow it dry, wipe the surface of the suction nozzle, put the suction filter into the suction nozzle, and tighten the suction nozzle with four screws. 3. Replace the exhaust filter of the multi-column packaging machine in time.
If the temperature of the pump rises significantly, the current of the motor reaches or exceeds the rated current, and oily smoke occurs at the exhaust port of the pump, check whether the exhaust filter is blocked, and replace it with a new one in time if it is blocked. In addition, an exhaust pressure gauge can also be installed at the pump filling hole of the bag-type multi-row packaging machine to check whether the filter is blocked. When the pressure exceeds 0.6bar, the exhaust filter can be replaced.
