During the operation of the granule packaging machine, the sudden noise is too loud, and the sealing speed is uneven, which affects the quality of the product, and the specific solution.
This phenomenon is mostly due to severe mechanical damage or wear, as well as poor lubrication. We first follow the issued sound to find the fault location. Disassemble the protective plate on the back side of the granule packaging machine, and find that the "squeak" sound comes from the gearbox. Remove the fixing screws one by one, and find that the grease in the gearbox has dried and the gears are bright, which means The cause of the problem is lack of oil.
Mix the same type of engine oil and lubricating grease into the gearbox, and tighten the screws to restore them. After starting the machine, the "squeak" sound disappears, and the seal is normal. In addition, if the joints of the high-temperature belt are loose, severely worn, unclean, with dirt on the surface, and are not synchronized with the traction wheels during work, sometimes there will be a "squeak" sound. The solution is to replace the high temperature belt with the same standard.
Replacing high temperature straps is a bit tricky. First, compress the spring of the pressure wheel by hand, then place one end of the high-temperature belt on the rubber wheel, and hold the other end on the other rubber wheel with your hand, set the governor to a low speed, once it is started, the With the motion inertia, the high temperature belt will be installed automatically. The "squeak" sound of the granule packaging machine may also be made by a DC shunt motor.
It may be caused by lack of oil in the motor bearings. If this is the case, it should be removed and lubricated with oil, and the sound can be eliminated.
