In order to prevent this situation, the single-screw multihead weigher is equipped with a feeding delay function in the control instrument, so that the time calculation can start from the time when the valve is closed.
During this period, the feeder can keep the frequency unchanged, that is, during the period from the beginning to the end, the feeding motor will maintain the frequency before feeding. This can make the multihead weigher in a static control state in the process, making it run at a fixed frequency. There are many reasons why the multihead weigher is problematic, such as the fans in the workshop and other factors can affect its accuracy.
During the operation of the entire workshop, workshop noise is a common situation, so if the noise is too large, it will also interfere with the accuracy of the multihead weigher. During the operation of the factory, it is impossible to ensure that only the multihead weigher is inside the workshop, and the vibration generated by other machines during the movement will also interfere with the precision measurement to a certain extent.
