The components of the controller include a communication panel, interfaces for current and voltage outputs, a microprocessor and a keyboard as an input device. There is also a preset value inside the controller, which is used as a standard weight when weighing products in the future. The working principle of the weighing controller is to put the detected object on the weighing pan, and the weight of the object will exert pressure on the gravity sensor, thus forming an analog and digital signal in the circuit through the microprocessor, and converting the analog and digital signal Accurate numbers are displayed on the display.
And it compares the data representing the weight of the object with a preset value. If the data representing the weight of the object reaches a predetermined value, the controller inside the multihead weigher will transmit the instruction of the output device to the next step. The function of the weighing controller is not only to measure the weight of the object, but also to control it as one of its main functions.
Since the signal control equipment is installed inside the multihead weigher, it has the function of protecting the equipment under certain conditions.
