Smart Weigh Pack developed a complete auto weighing, packing and sealing machines for ready meal, which will be new revolution in fast food market. Most of real meal factories were manual weighing various kinds of sticky meat, sliced or cube vegetable and sauce/oil, then mixing together into a bag or tray for sealing. Smart weigh made all these process into complete automatically, we can pack by tray or bag as below, speed will be up to 1200-1500 trays/hour
How do we auto weigh and pack?
1.Auto weighing sticky meat by screw style multihead weigher
2.Auto weighing sliced/cube vegetable by special multihead weigher
3.Auto filling sauce by liquid pump
4.Auto sealing the premade bag or tray sealer, then laser printing or labeling
5.All food contact parts on the machines can be washed down directly (IP65 Waterproof), very easy for the cleaning after daily work
