2021/05/24

As we all know, the weight tester is a kind of products that are issued by the weighing display control instrument to remove products with different weights, or distribute products with different weight ranges to designated areas. It is widely used in online inspection of product weight. Qualified, whether there are missing parts in the package or the weight of the product stored. Today, the editor of Jiawei Packaging will tell you the working principle of the weight checker, hoping to give you a deeper understanding of it so that you can use it better.

First, when the product enters the weight detector, the system recognizes that the product to be tested enters the weighing area according to external signals, such as photoelectric switch signals or internal level signals.

Secondly, according to the running speed and length of the weighing conveyor or according to the level signal, the system can determine the time when the product leaves the weighing conveyor.

Furthermore, from the product entering the weighing platform to leaving the weighing platform, the weighing sensor will detect its signal, and the electronic weighing instrument selects the signal in the stable signal area for processing, and the weight of the product can be obtained.

Finally, the continuous weighing of the product can be achieved through this repeated process.
