In order to better complete the continuity and measurement accuracy provided by the multihead weigher, the upper silo must be equipped with a large and medium-sized raw material warehouse that can be continuously supplied and a fully automatic gate valve that can be operated and replenished. Set the upper limit value and lower limit value of replenishment in the control instrument. When the net weight of the control instrument scale reaches the lower limit value of replenishment, the data signal of opening the replenishment valve will be transmitted, the valve will be opened, and the raw materials in the warehouse will be connected to the Loading silo, the net weight of the scale is increased. When the net weight of the control instrument scale reaches the set supplementary upper limit value, the data signal of closing the gate valve is sent out, and the gate valve is closed.

When the replenishment time delay is over, the multihead weigher automatically restores the real-time control, that is, operates the supply motor according to the data signal sent by the sensor. The whole process of the operation of the multihead weigher goes back and forth like this.
