(4) The tipping bucket weighing bucket is mainly connected with the load cell through a joint bearing or a cylindrical pin, so that the mass and load of the weighing bucket can be accurately displayed on the weighing instrument. (5) The discharge door at the bottom of the bucket of the packaging machine is usually driven by a single cylinder, which can keep the weighing bucket relatively balanced during the whole working process.
(6) The electronic control device, as the main part of the automatic weighing and packaging machine, not only has the functions of rough measurement, fine measurement, overshoot compensation and discharge control, but also can achieve higher conversion rate. (7) When the load exceeds the allowable error, if the range is wide, it will play a role in self-protection after a power failure. When weighing the material, the electronic control device controls the coarse feed and fine feed of the feeder through the load change of the sensor.
When the preset quality is reached, the feeder will stop feeding and send a discharge signal. Our hands-on operation is very simple, and the speed and precision of packaging are easily met. So this is also an automatic packaging machine that is very suitable for feed packaging.
