Feeding processed food materials into glass bottles, iron cans, multihead weigher plastic tanks and other containers is one of the main processes in the production process of the food industry. There are two methods of feeding: manual and mechanical. Most of the modern food industries use mechanized feeding tanks, which can improve labor productivity and ensure the hygienic conditions required for feeding canned food, and the feeding cans are considered certain.
1. Classification of multihead weigher (1) According to the degree of automation, it can be divided into manual feeder, semi-automatic feeder, unit automatic feeder, and feeding package feeding combined automatic machine. (2) According to the machine structure, there are single-row feeder, multi-row feeder and vertical rotary feeder. (3) According to the feeding method, it can be divided into feeding under constant pressure of liquid level height, feeding under changing pressure of liquid level height, vacuum feeding, feeding under mechanical pressure, feeding under gas pressure material.
(4) According to the feeding switch, there are cock type, valve type, slide valve type and air valve type. (5) According to the number of feeding heads, there are 1 to 48 feeding machines. (6) According to the quantitative feeding points, it can be divided into volume quantification with a movable quantitative cylinder, volume quantification with a fixed quantitative cylinder, fish feeding by controlling the feeding liquid level position, and quantitative pumping.
(7) According to the characteristics of the materials to be fed, there are liquid feeders, sauce feeders and solid feeders. 2. Selection of multihead weigher The principle of choosing multihead weigher is: (1) It can better serve the production process and must be selected according to the properties of the feed liquid (dryness, foaming, volatility, etc.). If it is juice, it is best to use a vacuum juice feeder to reduce contact with air and ensure product quality; if it is a sauce liquid, it is best to use a mechanical extrusion feeder; for low-viscosity liquids such as milk, it can be Gravity feeder is used.
(2) One machine is multi-purpose. Because the food factory produces various specifications, the workshop area is limited, and the products are frequently changed, the multihead weigher should be able to adapt to the production of various varieties. (3) It has high productivity and guarantees the quality of feeding products.
(4) Fully improve labor conditions and reduce product costs. (5) Easy to use, easy to maintain and repair. In short, it should be closely linked with the actual production, and try to choose a multihead weigher with high efficiency, multiple functions, good quality, convenient use and maintenance, simple structure, light weight and small size.
